According to material, our plate has following types: reinforced polypropylene plate, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene plate, rubber membrane plate, high pressure polypropylene membrane plate, cast iron plate, stainless steel plate etc. The feed method can be divided to central feeding, corner feeding and up central feeding according to location of inlet. In this case the design of the combination plate concerning theoperation is similar to a membrane plate. The membrane isreplaced by a very good heat conductive stainless steel sheetwith a drainage grid.

The heating media flows externally between the surface of the body plate and the steel sheet fixed on the top . The heat transition via the filter cloth to the cake is significantly improved.

The very different heat expansion coefficients are compensated by a special liquid sealed attachment of the stainless steel sheet.

This system allows the most efficient and fastest cake drying
